For the last few years I was Head of Operations & Strategy at KIN Apparel, During my time at KIN I spearheaded operations supporting the company’s growth from the founders basement in 2020 to a 7 figure e-commerce brand in 2024. In 4 years we landed an investor on Shark Tank, served over 60,000 customers, sold over 150,000 products, secured partnerships with esteemed clients like Disney, Princeton, and P&G, landed a 360 marketing campaign with Chase Bank and landed a spot on Good Morning America –all direct-to-consumer, selling solely online.

I was intentional in growing my business acumen and completed both Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program as well a JP Morgan Chases Minority Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program. I really took a deep dive into the world of start ups, small business and entrepreneurship. I found a place for my innate ability to observe, absorb, adapt and execute to thrive!

Now, as the Owner of BTG Operations, a operations support and consulting company, I work with clients to bridge the gap between where they currently are and where they'd like to be. I am hyper focused on the operations side of the business and work within a company to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and unlock growth potential. Through tailored strategies and actionable insights, I empower businesses to thrive in today's dynamic landscape.
